BioNHS2 Sasuke 5 years later:
5 years ago, you'd remember the frequent business trips Sasuke had to make despite yet inheriting Uchiha corps. Truth was, there was a lot of corruption rampant and alot for Sasuke to pick up from where his dad had left him. Eventually, Uchiha corps was doomed for bankruptcy and Sasuke, wanting to preserve the pride of his family, turned to Orochimaru for help as the man had a very very influential contact that could turn the tables around.
Not wanting to burden Naruto with his problems, he planned a fight with Naruto the night before, and left without a trace the next day, only a note stating that Naruto was free to stay in the Uchiha mansion if he liked, but the dobe would be better off without him.
In these 5 years, Sasuke has been through alot, while still continuing his education in high school. He picked up Uchiha corps from the scraps of bankruptcy and is slowly building it back up, climbing up slow and steady. His relationship with Orochimaru is what he sees as a manipulative business-like one. He is wary yet unaware of what Orochimaru is playing at, only staying in Otogakure all these years to get the help of that certain influential individual.
5 years down the road, he is now 22 years old, has obtained his BA and masters in Business management and currently studying for a doctorate. He also took Philosophy and Psychology in his university years. He is now CEO of Uchiha Corps, still small but growing, and has taken a part time lecturer job in Philosophy in Konoha University, where he is doing his doctorate as Oto State University's degree isn't as widely known.
He has recently returned to Konohagakure and moved back into his old home. He hasn't forgotten Naruto despite all the flings he's had, but over the years, under Orochimaru's influence and the forced socialising he has to do to survive in the corporate world, his view on relationships are somewhat even more warped than before. He doesn't reject people easily now, just taking what he can, underneath it all, hoping the gaping emptiness that his family and Naruto once were in him would be filled again.
Side note: He's well aware that his current situation and attitude isn't really good, and he thinks Naruto deserves better and has not bothered or wanted to check on Naruto since he has returned, for fear that Naruto has already found his own happiness.
